What Causes Acute Urticaria?

3 days ago my daughter 7years old (25kg)complained pain in stoache and also developed acute urticaria as diagosed by Pediatrician. She was treated with Ketress however from next day Vermox was also started. The urticaria was very sever and antihistamin had almost no effect. So she was given Decadron+Avil IV injection morning and evening. On day two she also developed fever 102F. Today day 3 her blood is tested which shows Typhidot IMG positive and total WBC count is 15400. Now Azimox 250mg (Azythromycin) once daily is also added. The question is whether urticaria was (it is quite better now and from this evening Decadron is stopped) due to typhoid or developed as a secondary infection?
