What Causes Afternoon Shivering With Breast Poking?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... i am a diabetic patient. in the afternoon around 12.15pm shivering. what is the cause and sometimes above breast(middle) is poking and i am scared to eat much food

Short answer it is due to hypoglycemia or low sugar.
Detailed answer the shivering lethargy and tremors are signs of low blood sugar or hypoglycemia. Check with a glucometer and confirm. If so you can adjust your diabetic medications. And have some sugar rich food at that episode. Hope this explains.
