My husband is 46 years old and has macular degeneration, his eyesight gets worse by the month. Is and eye transplant something that could help him? He has been receiving shots for about 4 years with no improvements, and has had one laser surgery that left him with only peripheral vision in his left eye.
it is a age related degenerating process. very little treatment is available. can take antioxidant and omega 6 to delay the degeneration. eye transplantation does not help or possible.
