What Causes Air/vacuum In Ears?

Hii. I hear air in my ears when i blow trough my nose and like some opening everythime i blow it... i can actually controll the air in my ears... when i suck the air I dont hear suddenly when I open my jaw the things get back on normality and I hear normally again.. for 1 year almost. I did all researches and actually all iis fine.How come?

hello, thanks for ur query, ear is connect by nose by et ( eusthacian tube) , whenever this tube blocked ( cold, flu, sinusitis, allergy) u feel ear block sensation, u can start decongestant tab. xyzal- d ( levocitrizine+ pseudoephidrine) one tab ya bed time for7 days, xylometazoline nasal drops 3 drops/ 3 time/1 week. valsalva manoere ( watch utube ) , chew chewing gum can be tried ,all d best. take care.
