What Causes Allergic Reactions To Certain Foods?

my sister and daughter seem to be allergic to most food and.only eat a handful of diffrent things they feel bad most of the time they have been to all kinds of doctors and they cant seem to figure out why this has happened and what they can to about it

Hi i do care for your concern.
The immune system over responds to normal food substance causing this type of allergic reactions.
You have not mentioned the age as some type of allergy will resolve after few years.
I would advise to
consult your dermatologist of allergy specialist and get tested for different substance that you might be allergic with.
This usually consist of introducing small amount of antigen and to find out which one they are allergic.
If found then de-sensitization procedure can be done to blunt the immune response.
