What Causes Allergy To Sulfa Medications?
I am allergic to sulfa drugs. Yesterday I had my teeth pulled and dentures put in. The fixodent they gave me said it contained persulfates. There is big red warning on the box--- do not use if allergic to persulfates. Are they related and should I not use the fixodent?

They are of same sulphur containing compounds so it would be advisable to avoid any sulphur containing products if you have proven allergy for the same.
