What Causes Almond Shaped Cyst In The Vaginal Area?

yes i was in the shower and i noticed that i have a hard/solid walnut almond shaped, discolored bump/cyst on my inner thigh right near inside panty line/vagina area... i tried to squeeze it nothing comes out... idk what it could be but i am panicking a little bit..
