What Causes Alternating Constipation And Diarrhoea, Stomachache And Gas?
I sometimes have constipation and sometimes diarrhea and yesterday I bought Phillips Fiber gummies and Phillips probiotic caps and took one of the caps and ate three of the fiber giummies and today, i have stomach pain and pain up near my right ribs. I also think that I m having some gas pain, Did the two things that I took to help my digestive tract actually cause this pain?
