What Causes Amenorrhea With Negative HPT?

I have not had a period in 11months. I have had ultra sound done in which some cyst where found but they said that they weren t dangerous. I have taken progesterone to kick start them in the but that is no longer working an I have had several pregnancy test done and al negative. What could be wrong? I want children and tis is stopping me

delay in periods can be due to stresss,pcod,hormonal imbalance,obesity...u do serum tsh and serum prolactin...then visit your gynec to take medicine to get your periods ...then start clomiphene then follicular study then rupture then iui fr early results...
