Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Altered urine smell can be from urinary tract infection.
Sofa primary workup first of all check your urine by urine routine microscopic analysis.
USG pelvis scan also should be done to check whether any organic Pathology in the bladder is present or not.
If urine shows pus cells and bacteria then antibiotic need to be prescribed for that.
So according to cause we can plan for the management and for that consult physician for examination.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
