What Causes Ammonia Taste And Smell And Blood In Nose?
Hi, I m 33 weeks pregnant, and I think I had a sinus infection, I couldn t taste or smell for over a month, but now all I smell is ammonia. It s constant, and I blow my nose and get lightheaded and feel faint, and my mucus is dark yellow or green and sometimes there is blood in my nose. What should I do? Is this something to be seriously concerned about?
Yellow mucous means infection. But during this advanced pregnancy, I think penicillin is a safe choice. Consult your gynaecologist and start antibiotic. Take steam inhalation, that should soothen nasal and sinus mucosa
