What Causes An Abdominal Mass, Ribcage Soreness With Weight Gain?

Last year when I rolled onto my stomach it felt like I was lying on a baseball in my lower right abdomen. I m 30 years old and weigh 230lbs, I m 5 10 . Prior to this I had lost about 60 pounds but gained it all back due to stress eating. I have no other symptoms. My menstrual cycle is the same. I have no excessive bleeding or cramping. When I first noticed this I also experienced some soreness under my right rib cage, that has since passed and I haven t felt it since. Also, last year when I first noticed, in the morning with a full bladder it felt like grinding on the top of my bladder(again this only happened once). I have no bowel issues either. Is this a uterine fibroid even though I have no other symptoms or is it something completely different. I m not in any pain I just have this mass in my lower abdomen.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of a mass in the lower abdomen and with the extent you have explaind a without any other symptoms, this is most likely to be an ovarian cyst, can be a fibroid but can not really grow so big without any symptoms.
The easiest ways to get a diagnosis are:
Clinical examination by your Doctor and
An ultrasonography
This will get your the proper diagnosis and then you can get a proper referral form to for the specialty as per the diagnosis for further investigations and treatment.
I find this answer helpful
