What Causes An Altered Sense Of Smell Of A Flower’s Fragrance And Later Of Coffee Grounds?
This is about the second time I have had a smell in my nose that smells sweet like a flower. Sometimes it is worse than others. The first time I had it, it did go away after awhile. I have had this the second time now for almost a week. I smell coffee grounds to try to get rid of it but it doesn t.
There are many medical conditions that can cause an altered sense of smell. It can be related to an infection such as cold, flu or a sinus infection. It can also be related to migraine or a vitamin and mineral deficiency. I suggest to do a check up and a physical examination at your doctor for further evaluation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
