What Causes An Elevation In The Uric Acid Levels?

Hi Doctor, I was recently had Red eye and identified as Anterior uvetis . I m feeling better after a visit with eye Dr. He suggested me to go for Blood Test for auto immune disease. I already have elevated uric acid and GGT in LFT . Please advice.

- autoimmune mechanics
- damage to renal tubules via renal failure or else
- excess production via metabolic pathways
- enzyme alterations affecting its breakdown.
