What Causes An Erection In A 12 Yr Old Child?

Well my mom saw my erection and im 12. I didnt know what it was until she told me. Then she rubed my penis until this white stuff came out. We are a nudist family and now she is always staring when i get an erection. Since she is also nude i cant help but to get an erection. She told me it is ok since we are family? is this normal?
