What Causes An Excessive Cough And Breathlessness Long After Treating Hypertension?
Hello, Can you tell me what you think this person has? A 57 y/o male with a cough x 2 months. Has been havinf SOB when walking up stairs. Denies any fever/congestion/chest pain/recent travel outside the U.S. Smokes 1/2 to 1 pack of cigarettes x 30 years. History : HTN and Hyperlipidemia for which he takes medications. Last VS 130/78; rr 18; pulse ox 96% room air; hr 88. What do you think is wrong with him?
