What Causes An Eye Bleed And Elevated D-dimar Level In A Elderly Person?

My 88 year old mom just recovered from covid , 15 days ago but she had a bleeding in the eye the drs said it was coz of age , but we did all test everything is normal , anti thrombin, crp etc is normal only d dimer is 9.5 .... the dr said it is nothing alarming. just wanted your opinion too

I think you may need to use blood thinners because your D dimer is too high. I think you may need enoxaparin injections.
