What Causes An Increase In The Protein Levels?

HI, I just started going to the gym. For my first day I decided to get a personal trainer since I have no clue what I am doing at the gym. We did a lot of lifting, but my problem arises when I went to donate plasma about 8 hours later that day. My protein level was 17 g/dl, could that have come from working out earlier that day?

Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com

I have gone through your query .

* Working out will not raise blood levels of proteins , as actually protein will
be utilised in work out and urine may show up .

Hope this will help you for sure .
Wish you great recovery .

Regards .
