Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
There may be multiple reasons, for that we need to know whether she is running fever or not, or any other symptoms.
One reason may be ear ache due to water retention after bath , that can lead to simple earache and otitis externa (ear infection), so that should be sorted out and taken care of. Teething can also be a reason that requires symptomatic relief with local application of gels and if not relieved then paracetamol.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
