What Causes An Intense Pain In The Stomach?

I am a 23 year old, renal failure patient. Sometimes when I stand up for any amount of time, I get an incredibly intense pain in my stomach. Dialysis days, non-dialysis days, showering, cooking, sometimes the pain start a few seconds after standing, sometimes not for a few minutes, and sometimes not at all.

HI
well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the pain due to the renal disease but it could be muscular pain and it could be due to general debility less water intake some time electrolyte imbalance could be the cause of this so better to get done the serum electrolyte test drink more water before taking any pain medicine you need to ask the nephrologist hope this information helps.
