What Causes An Inward Dent On Forehead?

Hi doctor, Im 15 and i have an inward dent in the middle of my forehead (right above my nose) and i want to know what i can do to get rid of it. This wasnt something i was born with, i had a fall when i was young and i believe this is what caused it. Thanks.
