What Causes An Itchy Bump In The Scrotal Sac?

in my scrotum smal pimple like swellings are there..
its itchy some times..a douzen in number is there..
in both srotum sacks it is there. not painfull. some times when i squees it a white colour hard puzzy type substance comes out. i dont have any sex with anyone till now. is this due to masterbation?? plse tell me some medicines for cure.

I have gone through your question and understood your concerns. Small white pimple like swellings in scrotum, which are painless and white substance discharges on pressing it, appears to be Sebaceous Cyst. It is not associated with masturbation rather it result due blockade of sebaceous gland ducts which are present there in skin. If it doesn’t hurt and the size doesn’t bother you much, nothing need to be done. However if it hurts and the size bothers you then SURGICAL EXCISION is the treatment. You need to see a general surgeon for this purpose. Wishing you rapid recovery.
