Hello,
Itchy bump in the lower labia is commonly due to ingrown hairs, infection due to shaving the genital hairs, allergies, etc. However, it can also be due to medical conditions like yeast infection,
bacterial vaginosis,
trichomoniasis, cysts, etc. You should take care of your hygiene, do not use chemical or perfumed products in your genital area, use lubricants during sexual intercourse, use pads instead of tampons & avoid sex for a couple of days.
You can apply ointment
hydrocortisone in the area affected for relieve, do not touch, scratch or pick it. Cold compress and sitz bath may help. Cysts do not always require treatment, sometimes, they need surgical
drainage or removal by surgery. Yeast infection is treated with antifungals per vaginal or oral depending on the condition. However, you are suggested to get STD tests done to rule out
contact dermatitis, herpes, etc & to stay on the safer side.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
