What Causes An Itchy Red Skin?

hello doctor,i have a problem of skin...there is occassional redness and wet like sensation in both axillas since 3 years...very slight itching whenever this happens and moist over that surface..
iam 42 yrs mals, non diabetic,non hypertensive..and in good health.
what is my problem and solution pls.
