What Causes An Urge To Pass Urine?

My tonsillitis symptoms and increased urge to void/tingling sensation both appeared about 2 days ago. This is my second bout of tonsilitis this year, but it has been 15 yrs since I have had a UTI. There is no pain with urination, just a constant tingle and urge to go. Can you think of any link between the 2 issues happening at the same time. I started Keflex today, hopefully it will fix me up.

Well come to HCM
Tonsillitis and urinary tract infection are nothing to take with each other, these both need to be first confirmed, both the infection can not be last long this much long time even without the bad consequences, some time urinary symptoms may be there and this can be treated with following medicine
1) Disodium hydrogen citrate solution 20 ml three times in day
