Hi,

You mentioned history suggestive of acute proctitis or ulcer or anal fissure problem.

To find underlying cause it's advisable to investigate with proctoscopy examination.

According to cause specific treatment given. Until then avoid intake of excess spicy foods. Drink more water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
