a few years ago, i went to several doctors to gauge my issues. had x-rays, blood work, etc etc...but was told to just change my diet.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids.

I would recommend taking anti hemorrhoids cream for local application such as Preparation H.

I also recommend soaking in warm water for relief.

If the symptoms continue you should see a proctologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
