What Causes Anal Bleeding While Having Constipation?

i was constipated 2 days ago and with a bowel movement my hemrhoid started to bleed.i am using preparatio h the stool is very dark like tar and there is some blood on ythe napkoin when i wipe.i am taking warfarin.what advice would you give to me to correct th is problem.

You have complain of blood from anal region thatvis because of that hemorrhoids.
Constipation like condition cause excessive straing that cause blood from anal hemorrhoids.

Do some diet modifications like. .....

Take htgh fiber foods that helpful in digestion.
Drink more water.
Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Avoid spicy foods and junk foods.
Stool softner can use for relief in constipation.
Try to avoid constipation problem for hemorrhoids relif.

Analgesic ointment may use in anal region .
Antiinflamatory ointment can use to decrease inflammation around anus area.
