What Causes Anal Bleeding With Fever And Stomach Pain?

I am bleeding from my anus bright red. Normally it Is just with my stood but last night it was a lot of.blood. I cant seem to squeeze out the poop. However when I do I squeeze lo ut some mucousy stuff. I also have barley ate anything for 3 days I have a fever im achey and I have stomache pain on the left side right under my ribcage. U have a sore throat and am coughing up a lot of stuff .

Such bleeding is in most cases caused by hemorrhoids and should be regulated with cream and diet changes and sitz baths. However, if fever and stomach pain is associated then colonoscopy should be done as soon as possible or ct scan since it may be sign of diverticulitis or even something more serious such as tumor.
