What Causes Anal Bleeding?
I have been bleeding from my anus with a little in the stool since Monday. Starting yesterday (Tuesday) i have started having stomach cramps as if I'm getting ready to have a menstrual cycle which I haven't had one since 2008!!! I've also been seeing red tissue on the toilet tissue!

You need to be consulted by OBGYN and perform abdominal ultrasound,
With regard to red blood in stool it may be related with hemorrhoids or anal fissure.
otherwise to my opinion you need to perform colonoscopy.
