What Causes Anal Itching And Pain In The Urethera?

Hi. I have a number of symptoms of which my doctor keeps throwing antibiotics at me to no avail. I have an itchy anus with blood when i wipe. My urethra has a dull constant pain with no discharge. Lymph node in right groin is swollen and painful. I have occasional dull pain in my left lung. Muscles in my neck on both sides are sore. Lymph nodes in my neck are sore and i have a fuzzy feeling in my head.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome with pruritus ani or hemorrhoids with bleeding. Other possibilities like fibromyalgia or Vitamin D deficiency or Infection or low thyroxine levels or anemia etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Levocarnitine twice a day for five days. Use mineral supplementation. Use tablet Ultracet twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
