What Causes Anal Itching And Sticky, White Discharge?

I've been itching @ the anal area for a couple months now, test came back negative for parasites/worms. I tried which hazel wipes - those hurt/burn & irritate the skin. I've tried hemmeriod cream, to no avail. I've tried mitroconizole - nothing. But now I have this clear, odorless, slightly sticky discharge. Sooo itchy!
