What Causes Anal Itching?

my age is 24, height is 5.7 ft and weight is 67kg.
since from long days back i am getting itching in my anal, when ever i apply lobate gm(neo).............it becames allright, after sum hours it again started itching in that area, please suggest me what to do?????? thanking you.

- Manage diet to get soft stools with high fiber , plenty of liquids .
- Prophylactic warms medicines with your doctor .
- Tab . cetrizine ( 10 ) mg once at night .
