hi, im abit worried about 3 times now i noticed i was leaking a little from my bottom? while having sex, i have never had sex this way. i remember the doctor saying once after a smear my womb had dropped, could the pressure from having sex then end up pushing on my bowels?
Anal leakage during sex is commonly caused by rectal muscle problems; anal sphincter damage or incomplete contraction of the anal sphincter can cause leakage. Avoid anal sex as there is risk of leakage and prolapse, when your pelvic muscles weaken and cause organs like uterus to slip down. Anal sex can also aggravate existing hemorrhoids. Avoid anal sex.
Anal leakage can also be caused due to nerve or muscle damage, constipation, diarrhea, passive incontinence, etc. Medication and pelvic floor exercises may also help to manage it. You are advised to get clinically examined by a Gynae. Get the degree of prolapse evaluated, get per rectal examination & required tests done to detect the pathology causing you symptoms. Get treated before the symptoms get worse.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
