What Causes Anal Mucus Discharge While Suffering From Constipation?

Hi, I am 20 year old female and have suffered from constipation for years now, I have had a colonskopy and they found nothing. I can't gain weight and I get really bad mucas coming out even when I have no bowel movements. Sometimes when I do have small movements it does it as well. What does this mean ?
