What Causes Anal Pain Along With Lesions After An Unprotected Intercourse?

Im genuinely worried about this but hopeful it s not what I think it is. About two weeks ago I had unprotected intercourse with someone. He was large so It felt as if he had tore me down there by my anus. It hurt to pee and only cause it was an open wound. Anyways about 5 days ago it got harder and harder to go to the bathroom, I had a 99.7 fever, and I had lost my appetite. I looked up the symptoms for herpes and those are some symptoms. I have a few lesions down there I even went to a health clinic and they looked at me saying they don t really know what it is. This is one of the things it could be, but there s something else I think it may be. While I was messing around with that guy he had fingered me in my anus and then my vagin, not really knowing if he used the same finger I let it happen but I m pretty sure he did. I m feeling a lot better now and the lesions are healing. Still some discomfort but it s gotten much better. I m going to the doctors soon but I want to get some more imformation on what it could be.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Herpes and HPV (human papillomavirus) are quite easy and straight forward to diagnose so I do not see why medical personnel should be confused.

A simple bacterial infection can also result from the vaginal fingering that was followed by prior anal fingering. Please report to your doctor or write to me using our premium service wherein you can attach images of the affected region to our discussion as a diagnosis in such a situation can only be established after a physical examination.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
