What Causes Anal Pain While Coughing And Sneezing?

Hi For the last few days im having anal pain when coughing and sneezing. I dont feel any lump. There is no pain while passing stool. I noticed the pain is from the right side of the anal skin. And a pinching pain occurs suddenly and disappears within seconds. Im only 19 years old

Its most likely anal fissure. Avoid constipation. Drink a lot of water. Use 0.2% GTN and 0.5% xylocaine gel before defecation. Eat a lot of fiber.
