Reason may be less water, less fiber , less fruits and less green leafy veg.So these should be corrected. Had you done prctosopy examination?? It will reveal internal hemorrhoid or fissure if present. Just now take brufen and warm water sitz bath with stool softener. If blood present in stool then stool examination done for rule out parasitic infection. If pus cell present then bacterial infection could because.antibiotic given for it.
