Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Anipoikilocytosis means different sizes and shapes of RBC are seen. There is severe iron deficiency anemia and the features are because of iron deficiency.

You may get breathlessness, easy fatigue, etcetera. Take iron supplements and then your blood will get normalized. Please consult general physician for dosage and course.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
