I sprained my ankle over a week ago while hiking. I went to my doctor and he said it is just a sprain. To wear an air boot thing for 4-6 weeks. Now my ankle is in pain still. Even when I am sitting. Also my foot and toes got extremely cold and am having a hard time keeping to warm once I get it kind of warm. What does that mean
Hi,Thanks for your query.After going through your query I came to know that you got injury your ankle , it is sprained. Already 6 weeks has passed. It is now stiff. It is still painful . You also feel old. It is stiffness.You need to do mobilisation exercises done to make it function normally.You should keep limb elevated on pillow to prevent swelling.
