What Causes Anterior Body Shocking Sensation In The Ribcage, Breasts And Stomach?

sometimes I get this really painful shocking sensation in my anterior region of my body. I never get this feeling in my back. I had an emergency appendectomy last year. i never had problems before my surgery. I receive this pain under my rib cage, in my breasts and in my tummy region. It feels like somone is shocking me on the inside. I am not taking any prescribed medications. Why do I have this feeling?
