What Causes Anus Discoloration With Tiny Lumps?

I am a 16 year old teen and I have a really uncomfortable problem. When I was cleaning my private areas, I noticed that the area around my anus is slight purple/ blue and when I touch it, I can feel tiny bumps (or maybe that's just my skin). I am extremely worried! I never had sex so it's not STD's or any other nasty stuff. Help ? :(

It may be a benign cystic swelling. If there are no warning signs then ignore the problem. If there is associated bleeding per rectum then go for a digital rectal examination.
