What Causes Anxiety Along With Dizziness And Nausea?

I have for the past few weeks been getting really Jittery a lot like I do when having an anxiety attack, but then I get really weak, feel like my knees want to give out on me, I get dizzy and then nauseous. About the only thing that helps is sleeping, its almost as if I am just tired and need sleep, but I don t always feel better when I get back up from a nap. What could be the issue?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Dizziness, nausea, general tiredness, weakness, feeling jittery etc could be anxiety symptoms. But before concluding, you should consult a GP to rule out other possibilities.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
