What Causes Anxiety And Breathing Difficulty?

Ive been to the e.R cause i have problems breathing it started a week ago like my stomach dont wanna go up and down when i breath and i have deep breathing feels like am die if my stomach doesnt go up the doc said i had a blater infection but didnt say what was causeing my breathing problems he said it could be it cause as soon as i got it thats when i have problems and i also have bad anxitey which doesnt help the fact at all what so ever do you have any answers? To what it could be

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you are having anxiety and related breathing trouble.
But better to get done chest x ray and PFT (pulmonary function test) to rule out pulmonary causes for breathlessness.
If both are normal then, anxiety is the cause.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions, try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
Avoid stress and tension.
Be relax and calm.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
