What Causes Appearance Of Large Boils On Stomach During Periods?
A few months ago, I started to get large boils. One on my stomach on a stretch mark from previous pregnancies. Another on the under side of my arm close to the arm pit. Both were very painful and took at least a week before I could see a head. I ve never had boils except during pregnancies on my stomach. Now I am getting several boils during my menstal cycle. I have 6 now all around my stomach and where my leg meets my abdomen. I practice good hygiene. Any ideas?
You seem to have relapsing pyoderma. It is a bacterial infection caused by staphylococci. You maintain good hygiene, probably your immunity may be poor. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment.
Investigations may be done to find out some cause. DM,HIV,anaemia, nutritional deficiencies and other diseases may be ruled out.
You may take antibiotics like cefixime and anti inflammatory like nimesulide for few weeks. Improve immunity with immunoboosters. Apply antibiotic cream on the lesions. Take dettol bath. If you have any disease, take treatment of it from physician. You might get improvement. And relapse may be prevented.
I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
