What Causes Appearance Of Multiple Small Bruises On Lower Back?
When I got out of the shower yesterday my wife noticed what appeared to be multiple small bruises on my lower back. My back itches a bit but not to the point I would scratch until bruised. Today the bruises seem to be more red in color compared to greyish yesterday.

The lesions you are having are possibly that of urticaria .Urticaria is an hypersensitivity reaction to either external allergen or it may also be autoimmune. You may apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion over the affected area.Non sedative antihistamines like fexofenadine can also be indicated if itching is too troublesome. Avoid fermented food and foods containing artificial fragrances as they may induce urticaria. Regards.
