What Causes Appetite Loss After Taking Pennicillin VK?

Hello Doc, about a month ago I was diagnosed with strep throat. I was prescribed pennicillin VK 500mg 4x a day for 10 days, total of 40 pills. I finished all of the antibiotic, however my last 2 doses I doubled them. About 3 days later I started having frequent bowel movements particularly first thing in the morning, and the stool would be soft but in turd form. I suffered loss of appetite since then. But somedays are better than others. I may have a appetite in the late evening, then afternoon, but once it comes, it comes for the remainder of the day. Today was the first time I have had a appetite in the morning since this all took place. My bowel movements are particularly 2-4 times all before 12, which is unusual for me cause I suffered constipation before this. Ive seen my primary care Doctor, the ER doctor, and have had blood test, my cbc was fine,stool was checked for blood, and even was screened for STD s. Only thing thats really bothers me is my appetite is not as strong as before, and my stools in the morning. my Primary doc believes I will come around, but I was just worried that my GI tract maybe completely damaged. This has been going on for 19 days, this is the 19th day, but Im much better than when it first started as where I was very tired, no appetite, and stools were frequent, but just soft. I had one test for mono early on, but no more after. They didnt want 2 test me cause my throat wasnt irritated, but yet in still when I was diagnosed with strep, my throat wasnt hurting either. He done a culture test, and it came back that I had strep.
