What Causes Appetite Loss?
I got over a cold a few days ago but ever since (so for the past few days) I've experienced an almost complete loss of appetite - I don't feel hungry and I have to even force myself to eat because my body just doesn't seem to want food. I've been fatigued and sleeping poorly as well.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the infection that causes such symptoms and it could be viral infection it may take some time for cure till then bed rest is must, drink plenty off water, if condition or symptoms remains as it is for more than 5 days then routine blood work is must hope this information helps.
