What Causes Arm Pain And Burning Sensation?

My right arm is in a fair amount of pain, it started off as an almost unnoticeable constant sore pain that didn't throb or go away and come back. I shrugged it off as some random pain, but a few hours later my arm was hurting a lot, and when I moved it I regretted it right away every time. The pain started in my wrist, then moved to my wrist and forearm. Now i can feel it a little in my index and ring/pinky finger (it is hard to tell which for some reason). After a while it started burning along with the sore pain. Now it feels chilled and still hurts. I have never had any pain like this before and I haven't had any falls or anything recently. I would very much like to go to bed and get some sleep now but I can't with my arm like this, please tell me what I can do to soothe it! Thanks,

Eric
