What Causes Arms And Legs Pain?

We just came back from a wedding. My 22 year old daughter is crying, saying her arms and legs really hurt. There are no other symptoms. We just gave her some Motrin. Any ideas what this could be? She s a pre med college student, and this has never happened before.
